Ok, I overestimated barbarian HP. 3 Con barbarian at lvl 1 have 188 hp and 32 Endurance vs 210 hp and 42 endurance of lvl 1 fighter vith 10 CON. However 10 Con rogue has 144 hp and 36 hp so 3 Con barbarian is pretty much 10 Con rogue. And 4 Con Barb has 38 endurance, so he is healthier then 10 Con rogue.
