Dream Home (2010) is a Hong Kong slasher that calls back to the older Category III flicks of the 80s-90s and features some great gory kills. Possessor (2020) is a fantastic identity nightmare from Brandon Cronenberg that has some of the more visceral stabbings/murders of recent memory. Most gory is probably one of Brian Yuzna's movies, like The Dentist.
